Site and Ticketing Flow Redesign
Because of the success (30% increase in online ticket sales) of the ticketing process we created a few months prior, Questus was awarded the full site redesign. This included extending information architecture and creative development into additional parts of the site, including the homepage, interior product pages, and the global navigation. The main issue for the user being general confusion around how to navigate the site, we sought to create clearer avenues of engagement, so that upon arrival the person interacting with the site knew exactly how to get to the information they desired. We wanted to create a desitination site that would elevate Universal Orlando’s presense in the customer consideration funnel, helping them compete with other Orlando vacation resorts. The resulting work led to the architecture and design of 56 unique pages.
